Elena, Dani, and Sara live together more or less peacefully in an apartment in the Eixample district of Barcelona, until the news of the rent increase shatters their precarious stability. Faced with the unexpected notification from the real estate agency, Elena proposes to Sara and Dani a miraculous solution that will end all their financial problems: to publish an advertisement to rent out the storage room, or as she pitches it: 'charming room in the Eixample'.
